Washington Square
Prior to purchase, Washington Square was home to one of the largest saving and loan institutions in the state, Standard Federal, until it went out of business leaving the building nearly empty. For Redevelopment, the building was purchased, renovated, and is now home to the City of Columbia offices.
1333 Main Street
This building underwent extensive capital improvements designed to improve the quality of the building. Improvements included updating the restrooms and lobbies throughout the building, new elevator cabs, and a new courtyard and fountain at the rear entrance to the building. In addition, the elevator operating systems and HVAC were upgraded.
Tenants: major tenants in the space include Ameris Bank, PWC, Verizon, the State of South Carolina, and CBRE. The building is over 90% occupied.
