Equitable Arcade

Constructed in 1912 and listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the Arcade Building is a significant example of the second Renaissance Revival Style. The building has a terra cotta and marble façade, with an iron and reinforced concrete structural system.
The Arcade hosts a wide variety of tenants ranging from unique shops such as Bespoke Men’s Shop, to Genius Repair Solutions cell phone and electronic repair. We are proud to house three art galleries: Bonnie Goldberg Art Gallery, Tish Lowe Art Gallery, and Blue Sky Gallery. There are multiple food service establishments: Stoner’s Pizza, Swanson’s Deli, and Pita Pit; along with Indah Coffee, and Ally &Eloise Bakery.
The Arcade also houses several barber and hair salons (Circa Barbershop, Le Chic Hair Salon, and Salon Solé), His and Her’s Tailoring, a shoe cobbler shop, The Shoe Groom as well as Ophidian Tattoo.
Additionally, the second floor houses a variety of office and service establishments.

Grey Building

Built in 1896, the Grey Building is a contributing property to the National Register of Historic Places. This two-story brick masonry building features a front façade decorative brick work, a heavy, elaborate tin cornice, and decorative windows above the second floor windows.
The first floor is occupied by Groucho’s Deli, and the second floor houses offices for Grace Community Church.”
