Peach Properties, through its principal, Ron Swinson, has been involved in the development of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, including grocery anchored shopping centers for Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly, and Food Lion and single tenant retail properties for Walgreens, CVS and AutoZone. Other projects include the redevelopment of two major CBD office projects in Columbia, SC (including renovation of a 90,000 square foot office building subsequently purchased by the City of Columbia) and renovation of the historic Arcade Mall in downtown Columbia, SC, as well as numerous residential subdivisions, commercial/retail developments and the redevelopment of a defunct manufacturing plant and surrounding property (which had been designated a brownfield) into a commerce park.
